As for me, my first preference is romance. Other genres are kind of secondary after that. I read more shoujo simply because there're more out there focusing on romance than shounen, but I do like my occasional yaoi, hoho.
I usually read yaoi and shoujo, as long as there is comedy and romance it is good for me I like gender-benders too ^^ What I don't like is any kind of fantasy/supernatural stories >_>
Shounen all the way! Though I am a fan of seinen as well. I'll read shoujo if it has a plot to it besides "get the guy". Ug... I really can't stand those types of stories. =P ~The Crazy Freelance~
